Scheveningen Pier

The Scheveningen Pier is an entertainment complex located on the beach of Scheveningen, near The Hague, overlooking the North Sea in the Netherlands.

The current pier dates from 1961. The original pier, designed in 1900 and stretching 380 metres into the sea, was destroyed in 1943, after a serious fire.
