London at night

Absolutely stunning picture of London at night. On the right, we can see the London Eye, also known as Millennium Wheel. It is a giant Ferris wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames. It was inaugurated in 1999 and is one of the most sought sights of London.

On 5 June 2008 it was announced that 30 million people had ridden the London Eye since it opened.
