Hạ Long Bay: Descending dragon bay

Hạ Long Bay, which literally means "descending dragon bay", is located on the northern coast of Vietnam and is certainly one of the natural wonders of this country. It is an enormous and magical bay of great beauty, where over three thousand islets of limestone rise impressively from the sea. In 1994, the core zone of Hạ Long Bay was listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
