Iguazu Falls

Iguazu Falls, Iguazú Falls, Iguassu Falls, or Iguaçu Falls are a set of about 275 waterfalls in the Iguazu River located between the National Park of Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil and the Iguazú National Park in Misiones, Argentina. Both parks were designated UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1984 and 1987, respectively.

Inside the Argentinian side lies the Sheraton Iguazu Resort & SPA which has a panoramic view of the Devil's Throat (Garganta del Diablo in Spanish or Garganta do Diabo in Portuguese), an U-shaped, long and narrow chasm where approximately half of the river's flow falls into.

On the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls is the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas offering awesome panoramic views of the falls.
