Manchester Timelapse

Manchester is famous mainly for two reasons: In the 19th century it was the main industrial centre of the planet because its factories were fundamental to transform England into the industrial powerhouse of that period. Years later, another type of revolution brought the city to the newspapers thanks to the musical revolution that came out of its bars and pubs and conquered the world. No other part of the world has generated so many rock bands. Among the many red brick buildings, canals, bridges and pubs, Manchester is one of the most important cultural centres in the United Kingdom. Over 100 hours of work went into this video, combining 20,000 photos over the course of 2 months. The video was shot across the city centre with a small dash into Salford Quays.
