Southwestern Bolivia - A sight for sore eyes

Nestled between Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile and Peru, lies the landlocked country of Bolivia, a land of diversity whether in regards to its people, cuisine, spoken languages, or its extraordinary biodiversity. In this video, filmed in and around southwest Bolivia, feast your eyes on some of the most stunning locations you never even knew existed. From the spectacular Laguna Verde to the Laguna Colorada dotted with elegant-looking flamingos, or the Laguna Hedionda; each one a salt lake surrounded by dramatic snow-capped volcanic peaks at an altitude of 3000 metres or higher. The video also captures the Salar de Uyuni, a white open stretch of salt flat that runs as far as the eye can see, and originating from the transformations between prehistoric lakes.
