Kendwa Beach

Zanzibar is the name given to the set of two islands in the archipelago of Zanzibar, off the coast of Tanzania, in East African margin, which form a semi-autonomous state of that country. The two islands are called Unguja (in Swahili) or Zanzibar and Pemba and are separated from the mainland by the Zanzibar Channel. This picture has been taken at Kendwa, about 3 km from Nungwi.
